A Cooperative Preschool
Hansel & Gretel Parent Nursery School offers parents the chance to be involved with their child's early education.
Children attend Hansel & Gretel five mornings a week. Parents work in the school one day each week, and attend an evening class or meeting. Under the guidance of the program director, parents help children learn important social, physical, and academic skills.
The Hansel & Gretel program operates as an adult education class for the parents, with hands-on work in the preschool as a laboratory component. The class confers an adult education credit.

We used to be partially funded by the West Contra Costa Unified School District, however, due to the current financial crisis they have cut preschool funding completely.We are having our next fundraiser and we would like to invite you so we can keep our school open.
